The Villa is 30 minutes by car from Heraklion and only a few minutes drive from the resort of Gouves and the beach.

It is set in a very quiet location, in its own gardens with spectacular views of the sea and the surrounding olive groves and mountains.

It is built on three levels, each level with own entance. It has a private swimming pool, a smaller children¢s pool and outdoors sitting and eating areas, as well as a very large living room and dining room. As the villa is set in a very quiet location, car hire is strongly recommended. The villa is fully air-conditioned.

The house is tastefully furnished and all towels and bed linen are provided. There are solar panels for free hot water. As it is built on three levels, it is not suitable for wheelchair users. Pets welcome.
